Vadim said it would take about 15 minutes to test if the airbox would fit or not. They are making damn nice gains for that cost!

Alright, I'll be heading over to VRP tomorrow afternoon, 6/05/08, to see if this clears our hood. Is 10rwhp worth $550? Could there be any warranty issues? I have a CPO 06' SLK55 with over a year of warranty and 80,000 miles remaining. I don't want to jeopardize my warranty, I may just buy one of these.

I stopped by VPR and the airbox definately fits. Vadim seems like a great guy with a great shop. He had a beatiful SL65, but wouldn't trade straight up. Oh well, had to ask! 
Anyhow, 10 -12 HP seems worth $550. I may go for it.

I can't stand the look of that cover though. I hope they come up with something better looking than that. Also, I am among those that question that dyno chart. The 55 (C or SLK) should put down about 300 stock. I don't get why it's so low.
Also, why is the torque so low? Check out the dyno on this stock SLK55.
