Personally, I think it looks a bit cheap.
Too much plastic hiding the grill, overlapping the fog light, and the rows of leds are not big enough and curved just right.
Audi does it better...

Factory is perfect the way it is, on the other hand, with the led there, it would reduce air flow to the passenger side oil cooler, not the best idea.
