SLK55 with H&R springs with #1 pads

Just had my SLK55 lowered with H&R springs. Changed the rear spring pads from #3 to #1. I also bought clear corners. Enjoy the pictures.

After doing some searching through the forum I'd figure H&R or Brabus springs would be sufficient enough to lower my SLK55. My W203 had coilovers and while it provides a lower drop and the convenience to adjust, it just too costly.

As for the ride quality, it's a "little" more firm but the steering and rolling improved significantly.

I know it is a very very old post, but can you tell me what is the ground clearance at the front bumper?

Me too. I went with H&R spring and love it. Why need coilover when the drop with 19" wheel leave less then a finger gap. The KW coilover is too stiff for everyday driving. Here's my before and after.
