Here is a link to an SLK55 that we put together over the winter. With all the snow that we have had the customer has just recently been able to take it out of the garage. We redid the exhaust with some custom 3" mid-piping, Kleemann headers, Supersprint X-pipe and factory mufflers. It's really loud though, actually a lot louder than it sounds in this video. It also has the Kleemann supercharger, lots and lots of carbon fiber, ADV1 wheels, bigger brakes and a lot of attention paid to detail.

I love the SLK55. I regretted I bought the CL55 instead 4 years ago. My next car will be an Slk55 with Kleemann SC. I'm hoping to get it soon. I already bought some of the mods for the car. Do you know where I can get more info on the "vented" hood? Thanks.

 

The hood was made in Europe and is from an SL65 black

Those are beautifull pics of your car. I love the updated AMG front bumper. Too bad no one make carbon fiber lip for that bumper yet. It would look as complete with the carbon fiber rear diffuser. I'm 100% the Slk55 will be my next car.

Amazing project with great taste and attention to detail.

Though I don't think the video does any justice, she must be producing great power and have the sound to back it up. I do like the ADV1 wheels, "vented" hood, and the CF side lip skirts!

Thanks for the nice comments on the car, I did A LOT of work to it and Craig at RPM did all the mechanicals...and an amazing job he did, it all looks factory and everything works perfectly, the video was BEFORE we did the exhaust, it sounds just like a race car now, most people think its a tuned Ferrari as it revs so freely and has that perfect pitch.

The car IS A BLACK series, I get that all the time. SLK55's were the first Black series back in 06, In 09 you could not order them complete BUT you were able to have them modified in Europe as a black series with some serious help. which I had as I do business in Germany and have friends there.

The hood and the skirts are One offs, the Hood is molded from an SL65 black series and is steel...and the skirts I drew and had the same person make them for me...

Waiting to hit the track but low 11's should be easy on the PS2's

The interior also has many custom touches.

The suspension is factory Black series as are the brakes which have the CC floating calipers etc...

The rims are ADV10's and really complete the look

The rear CF wing is also a one off.

What's the cost (parts & labors) for installing a Kleeman supercharger and exhaust like this one? I'm considering getting another 09-10 slk55 and have this done rather than getting a sl63 as my second car. thanks.
