The "external lamp switch" has been rotated, pulled in and out multiple times in all possible ways. The little indicator lamp next to noted switch lights and goes out according to plan. However, nothing will cause the drivers' side, left rear "fog lamp" to become NOT lighted. Looks like about four LEDs. The fuse diagram notes said lamp fuse as "electronic," whatever that means.

Please advise?

Even perhaps a wiring diagram or sketch that specifically lists the circuit to the fog lamp? Happy to cut the wire.
