brakel8,

FYI SLR McLarens are terrible investments. I don't hide this fact from clients. I recently helped one client sell his two year old car for a $175,000 loss (and he only put 44 miles on it!). I think the roadsters will do better, however.

I do agree! Are you aware of the 722 GT race series? I belive they are only building 20 some cars and are currently racing in Europe and next year it will start in the US with Renntech selling and converting the existing SLR's to race spec. As you know some will be wrecked and totaled thus possibly making them worth more or hold value (one would hope). They've stopped production of the hardtop at 2000, now they are building the roadster.

I'm done with this thread.
If you were as SMART as you claim to be, then you would know that SLR's are pretty stable in the market, and the value in the U.S is being helped by the fact that many U.S. cars are being purchased and shipped out of the country due to the weak dollar. Same goes for the CGT.

The only way I would be "LOSING MY ***" as you say, would be if I were dumb enough to have let a used car salesman like yourself, convince me into purchasing a car at or near MSRP.

But fortunately for me, being that i own the "RIGHT" color, im sitting pretty comfortably at this point .

But you are right, you are the typical car salesman, the one who knows it all, laughs at his customers as they drive off in their 300K plus automobiles thinking to himself how stupid they are, as he himself gets into his 180,000 mile beater to drive back to his trailer home as he wonders about his customers ***** size.

Wow! You are small... don't you realize that by continuing to bring up the subject you are only letting everyone know that you are indeed anatomically deficient. For you own self respect, stop loser!

p.s. Save your fingers. I'm not coming back to this thread.

Like I said, these cars are being snapped up by exporters at top dollar! This will also directly affect the future values here in the U.S. as there will be far less cars in the states. If you find one, be prepared to pay for it.
