Just came back from returning my lease S-Class
I was a bit emotional returning a fantastic car,
but I didn't expect such warm welcome

MBZ Manhattan is a factory owned store -- hence the great inventory, stellar location and immaculate facility. IMHO no privately owned company/individual could afford to operate the same facility in the same location at any type of profit that would make sense.
BMW of Manhattan (both locations) is also factory owned -- which I assume is for similar reasons.
