You misunderstood me.. I said 6-10#'s of Boost on LOWEST safe range BASIC setting, I know it lists potential of UP to 20 PSI 
etc..
So I def sense the good humoured
sarcasm between you & Ecampbell over Blowers ACTUAL size & admittedly kno dik on Weistec or Whipples possible NEW blower sizing
though from InnerWeb it goes 2.9-3.3-4.0-5.0 etc so UNLESS Weistec Ported the sh_t outta the 2.9 or Whipple is releasing a new sized blower between 2.9-4.0 liter current offerings?
You've already dropped it's bigger than 3.3 so we must be talking 4.0 liter WoW!

Nice build. I'm sure it will come out amazing. It's quite obvious what blower is on the clks and I can't wait to see yours in action at mir. I'm starting to get bored of the 2.9 but not sure if I want to do anything else to my clk. What's this highest powered bmw you're talking about because I know some retarded fast bmws. Probably see if they want to come to mir.

My buddy Drew is bringing his 1000hp ZR1 to MIR, he actually knows some of the East Coast guys he says, he knows a bunch of the guys doing that other event a week before yours but I talked him into doing your event. His car is stout.

Out Of Control!!
Joseph's E92 M3. He went 178 in the 1/2 mile and won the BMW shootout at Shift Sector a few weeks back. It's a mover but it's not a 9 second car. maybe mid 10's at best. I think he makes about 770whp. I actually think I can take him with my C BS right now since I put the smaller pulley on it and making 790whp, it would be a good race I think.
My buddy Drew is bringing his 1000hp ZR1 to MIR, he actually knows some of the East Coast guys he says, he knows a bunch of the guys doing that other event a week before yours but I talked him into doing your event. His car is stout.

That zr1 sounds badass. Yea the other event is half roll and half drag. They used to come to my rentals but I've been slacking on the rentals. A bit overpriced if you ask me at $275. But anyways, looking forward to mir!

Hey JRCart, how did the Optima Tires race go? I heard that you were saying the Kleeman car couldn't even drive into the SEMA show, that sucks. It would have been nice to see both cars represented at the race to show the difference between the two kits (even though yours uses a bigger blower and is a black series so it should be no comparison anyway), it still would have been nice.
How did you do against all the other cars? When is it televised and what were some of the other bad *** cars there?

On a positive note the car is an absolute monster. I really think I had a chance to contend at the Optima event but I guess we will never know or have to wait until next year.

This is true. The first part of the Optima is a short road rally that begins with all the optima cars driving out of the convention center and then driving to various checkpoints between convention center and Shelby America headquarters. Everyone on the route had a heavy foot and was messing around a bit, some more than others. I ended up getting pulled over on south Las Vegas Blvd about a half mile south of the famous Welcome to Las Vegas landmark sign which was a checkpoint we had to hit. Car ended up being impounded for exhibition of speed and I got dragged down to the station. Charges ended not being filed and I was released right away and car got released from impound yard the next morning but not early enough for me to make it to the track portion of Optima. Like I said many of the cars were messing around and where I got pulled over was not on a populated portion of the Las Vegas strip but I was the lucky guy that got pinched . I learned a lesson the hard way but I suppose it could have been worse by having to deal with court dates or even worse the car being damaged when they dragged it onto flatbed or unloaded in the impound . Car is safe and well in my trailer along with my CLK and I am enroute to home from Vegas as I type this. Later this week I plan on attending a drag event out at MIR, I am going to make sure that I keep my drag racing limited to race tracks in the future.
