It was official the first time they announced it a few months ago.....

I do suppose that confirmation from the new CEO (and the fact that they are going to try to make money on this puppy in the USA market - 'cause it has been a LOSER for D-C up to this point in time - and thusly keep it in production) is reason enough to go to the press.....
