it's been going on for long time but let's talk about it
I've been trying to get on this forum it's buggy as hell and it stalls it's slow is it just me or are you guys experiencing the same thing?

Try a free adbuster or other anti-malware program
I have no problem. Try any of a number of free adbuster or other anti-malware programs. Not saying that's your problem, though. It might indeed be viruses, as mercedes4ever suggests. For openers, you might try simply deleting the temporary files and cookies from your browser.
