Tire(d of) Survey...

Does anyone know the answer to this? I've already told them I'm not interested in their tires, but the survey still pops up every time I log in, and I have to react to it in order to get where I'm going...kind of like the start/stop eco function in our cars.

Cookies are often used to track what has, hasn't, been done, site preferences and log-in information. If I visit YouTube, for example, with no previous cookies I'll get a "You're signed out" prompt, "how is You Tube today" survey, and a prompt to try their subscription service. Meaning, this is somewhat normal and cookies are involved. So if you're logging out and clearing cookies, you might get the same repeated prompts.
