Big 6 pistons calipers in the front
4 pistons calipers in the rear
Calipers are used with pads
brand new rotors front and rear

how much without the rotors? can you post the brembo part # for the calipers?

This RED set can only fit W219 R230
We have a similar set from SLK55, can fit your w203

Nothing is impossible
you just need a shop work with you to do the test fit and measurement to make a custom bracket to hold the calipers
