WTB/WTT a set of calipers for W211 E550
Like the thread says.what i want is to powdercoat my calipers to turn around so if someone have a set to send me i'll powdercoat them and send u mine.OR if u have a set for sale shoot me a PM

Are they the same as w219 ( 2006 cls500)?
If they are, I have a set available. I just upgrade mine to AMG set.
I'm in Massachusetts.

I love the look of the bigger brakes, but I am having a hard time swallowing 4k to do it. I might as well sell mine and buy an amg. How do you feel about spending the money for the form and function ?

Are the AMG's made by Brembo?I had brembo on my mustang,it was a 06 GT with a GT500 powertrain swap,i got the brembos because of weight increase and more power=need better breaking,and they were the NUTS.other than looking AWESOME(mine were yellow) the braking is really good sice they had 6 pistons and 14" rotors.So i'd assume if they are Made by brembo they will be a great upgrade for a supercharged car such as the E55 for example.But i still don't see me dumping 3000$ for breaks again...LOL

You can get a used AMG setup from e55/cls55 for less than 4k.

My AMG upgrade
Hi guys,
I've spent just a hair under $3k for my set up.
Used AMG calipers ( professionally painted)
New Akebobono pads
Textar rotors
Brake fluid + sensors
In house labor :-)
Unbelievable stopping power
