Racingbrake.com rotors for CLK55 AMG
Hi, I bought these for my wife's CLK55. They didn't really work well with the pads we had, so I ended up taking them off shortly after installation to replace with the factory replacement overpriced rotors.
They have maybe 2,000 easy street miles on them (I'm estimating, it's been a while). It never saw the track or any hard canyon miles while these were installed.
They've been sitting in my garage and they're in fine shape. I don't remember the new price but IIRC they were around $800 for the pair. I can let the pair go for $220 picked up in Sherman Oaks, CA. They are very nearly new.
email me at talk2sean at gmail for info, thanks!

From the pictures it looks like the pad contact was not the rotor was made for (too much set back from the rotor edge.
Since this user only purchased the rotor set from us, so we did'nt know what caliper/pad they were installed against. At any rate for those who might have bought this used rotor set, we recommend using the correct pad shape (either OE or aftermarket), or contact us to verify the correct pad shape in order to ensure satisfactory result.
Thank you.

I used OEM replacements ceramic pads, as I stated in the thread I posted on this subject and emails, although I wasn't able to get through via phone because your line was disconnected. All I was told is that I should buy your pads instead of OEM.

I have these with the 6pots off a CLK55 and they work amazing with no issues with pad size such as this. And for that price if by for just the aluminum hats if I needed new rotors! What a steal!!! GLWS
