Cla 220 CDI all lights keeps on after removing battery

I removed my battery and I puted again but most of the lights keeps on and all the counters not working ,also the gear monitor not showing anything .
The car running normaly .
Please I need urgent help thanks .

Actually I did not start my car for 5 days I think something keeps on so battery died.
I removed the battery normally starting with negative first and then I charged and puted again positive and the negative .
The car start normally but all lights keeps on also rpm not working as its mentioned in the picture .

Same problem as mine

This is the same problem as mine but my battery has been changed also cars been in dealership 4-5 times for this problem but cant seem to solve it.. Need help. Picture below shows it but all the lights are on now. And every warning is showing coming up.
