C Class W205 unable to open Boot / trunk

c class w205
C Class W205 unable to open Boot / trunk
I'm completly looked out of the boot on my C Class 2017 W205

Both keys fobs will not open the boot
There is no internal boot release
There is no lock in the glove box
There is no external lock on the boot

Can the boot be accessed via the back seat?
Is there a fuse associated with the lock ?

any help would be mucjh appreciated
