I have the files locally on my Win10 Pro laptop. I believe I mentioned in my post, but tried both Chrome and IE, latest versions and same behavior.

Thanks Bob.. can you take some screen shots of the step by step of what you are doing and include them. I would but I can't post pics here :-).

Generally, I have no issues posting in other forums and am very famiar with the process, whether drag n drop or browsing to find the files, so this leads me to the conclusion that there must be something weird happening here, but if you can send some screen shots, that will help.

I will look, but wanted to let you know that I managed to get it working, at least for this post based on another member suggestion. See the reply to my original post below, with the pics attached, and let me know your thoughts.

Yes, I did but as I mentioned in my earlier post, the sreen shots in those instructions would appear to be out of date. They show a "Done" button in the upper right of the upload dialog, whereas what I see is an "Upload" button - see screen shot below. Even to post this screen shot, I saw the issue. I first went to the dialog below, browsed to the screenshot file on my laptop, selected it, waited for it to process, and then clicked upload. Nothing appears in my post. I then go back, click on Manage Attachments, I see the image in My Albums, then I select it and click Upload and it appears. Why this two step process? Something is still not working as it should IMHO.
