Garden State Euros Spring Season Opener Meet, Wednesday, March 20th 2013
SPRNG SEASON OPENER MEET
https://www.facebook.com/groups/322289074507220"]-GARDEN STATE EUROS-[/URL] would like to invite the Tri-State European car community to our annual Spring Season Opener meet on Wednesday, March 20th from 6:00pm – 10:00pm at the -LOWES parking lot in Butler, NJ-. This location provides easy access from highways (Route 23, 287, 80, 46, 3) and also offers Applebees and Wendy’s next door. The Garden State Euros booth will have 2013 club information, club events calendar, club clothing and stickers for sale. http://www.redlinespeedworx.com"]-Redline Speed Worx-[/URL] will be the event title sponsor with several other vendors onsite including Detailer’s Domain, KrautoParts, Linden VW Motorsport and StickerBombNJ.
TRI-STATE MEETS & CLUBS
In total we will be inviting over European car owners from the following Tri-State meets & clubs: Bergen, Castle GTG, Coolwater, Eurotech, Eurowerkz, Fairlawn, Franklin Hooters, Hudson Valley GTG, Jetta is Betta, Linen GTG, Linden Starbucks, Monmouth, Montclair, Mount Olive, N.E.R.D., NJ Drty Euros, Northern, NJ, Palisades, Parsipanny / PAR GTG, Poughkeepsie, RSWorx, Rt 4 IKEA GTG, Somerset, Sussex, Team A.C.E., Tri-State Chit Chat, Tri-State Spotted, Union GTG, Woodbridge, and William Paterson University.
This is the meet of all meets for the Tri-State area, a one night flash meet (flash mob for cars). We understand that this location may be a haul and attending a Wednesday night meet may be difficult with work/family/school schedules but we can promise you this is one meet you will not want to miss for 2013. PARKING & CONDUCT
Please see the map below, our club members will direct attendees to park away from the storefront to ensure that we do not interfere with typical customer traffic. Our meet is very simple, park and turn off the car. We absolutely do not tolerate burnouts / loud music / engine revving / excessive driving through the parking lot / etc. If attendees can’t follow these rules you will be asked to leave. Local police will be on site to enforce the conduct rules we agreed to with Lowes, the town and police department. Lastly, please do not litter, garbage cans can be found in front of Lowes, please throw your trash away or police will ticket for littering.

Is there a cost for entry?
There is no cost for entry but there will be stickers, clothing and DubRun DVDs for sale.
Will there be a section for show cars?
There will not be registration or a show car contest but cars can be shown off in a reserved section on a first come, first serve basis.
Will there be reserved spots for clubs?
Yes, as per the above map, we have assigned reserved parking for the clubs that have contacted us ahead of time. Are pets allowed at the show?
Yes, pets are allowed as long as you clean up after them.
Is alcohol permitted?
Absolutely not, local police will be onsite for this event.

We are less than a week away from our Annual Spring Opener Meet! See you all next Wednesday, March 20th!
Updates:
-We have secured several more sponsors including Jersey Johnny’s Grill truck and DJpiratenyc who spun for us at DubRun 2012!
-If you are available to help setup that day or work the event please arrive at Lowes between 4:00pm-5:00pm.
-We are asking for help from everyone to curb any negative behavior to protect our agreement with Lowes, the town and police.

Redline Speed Worx is providing discounted specials on alignments, tune-ups and other services to help get your car back in shape. Detailer’s Domain is running specials on cleaning supplies with our 15% off coupon code “GSECLUB” and will be offering exterior only detailing packages for Audi, BMW, Porsche and VW at $125-$150 per car to get all cleaned up for this event.
