Anyone know if it would be possible to import parts to equip a US Metris with 4matic AWD?

If you ever find anything let me know , it really sucks that they don't want to bring the v calss in here we would just get it and it will be a lot cheaper than what we are trying to do
I think it can be it's just very expensive , trying to find a shop here to do it it will be nearly impossible or outrageous price wise

I decided to replace the rear air spring for now but I know exactly what I need to convert it to steel springs. I will gather up all the parts over time and have at it in the spring.

With Audi quattro, it's impractical to convert FWD to AWD because of of floor pan differences, mounting points for the diffs, as well as trans output locations.
So, it's not just a matter of "parts".

In Europe, the Vito/V-Class is available with 4Matic all-wheel drive, but we'll only get the rear-drive variant here. Mercedes told us that the Metris body is identical to the AWD versions in Europe, and wouldn't require any changes (beyond whatever federalization is required) to come stateside, although there are no plans as of yet to do so.

It's also not an AUDI!

You're relying on a car magazine? Good luck. Let me know when the job is done.
