Vito 122 Not starting Faults C100 d10b 4759 4804
The key is read but communication on the front SAM and main ECU was not possible. This resulted in the cluster lights coming on but the starter not activating when turning the last bit. The glow plug sign did not show.
The problem was fixed by checking all the earth straps and mounting points. After directly adding a proven ground supply to the ecu all the codes disappeared and the car started like normal.
I've seen various threads on this subject and could not find any threads using the quoted fault codes. Many resulted in expensive repairs. If various systems are impacted, always look at the common items that they share, starting with the simple bit first. Battery, Fuses, Grounds......
