Sorry to hear about the flood. Most suggestions in the U.S. market regarding flood vehicles is to walk away. They are filled with hidden and expensive to find problems. This vehicle could have problems and errors for the rest of its useful life.

Because you own the vehicle now, thing are a little different. But not alot. Can you do electrical work yourself, including computer diagnostics? This will help keep the repair cost level reasonable.

If you do not have the ability to do electrical repair and diagnostic work yourself, you need to decide how much money you are willing to pay a workshop, before deciding to sell (scrap) the vehicle. Unfortunately.
