nox sensor P2201

hello guys.
I have a 2012 MB sprinter 2500. A few weeks ago the check engine light came on with some NOX sensor codes, there were 4 codes, all NOX sensor bank 1 failure.
After some research here at mbworld.org, I replaced the oxygen sensor, the NOX sensor on bank 1, I flushed the EGR valve and erased the codes.
I drove 45 miles and got a code again, P2201. Any suggestions on what else it could be?

Maybe reprogramming the software to recognize the new sensors?

thanks
