This is very poor service from HIDEXTRA.COM
First they send me very cheap quality product that didn't even last for a couple of days and now that I'm driving my car with no lights, already got a warning from the cops regarding visibility issues at night which may lead to a fine next time they pull me over. I requested for a replacement kit and they are noteven willing to send that. Very poor service. Would never recommend dealing with them. Very disappointed I had to deal with you guys. Atleast as a courtesy, you would send me the replacement HID kit to make sure your customers are happy but i guess you don't really care about the customers being happy!

All you are missing is the capacitor wire harness. Once you plug those in with your kit, everything will work fine.

Karen its so funny to see how professional you guys are and how much of my time you guys are wasting. I'm literraly tired of saying that the bulb has blown up its turned black. The guys at the garage said the bulb is no good but your not understanding that.

I've purchased 3 kits from them, and planning on calling them in short order to purchase 2 more. The 3 kits I've bought from them work flawlessly. I've found their customer service (well, I can only speak for Michelle, I haven't yet dealt with Karen) to be just fine.
Of course, since Murphy is riding shotgun, watch... the next set of lights will blow up in my face. :LOL:

You can see ours compare to others. On the left, the light is flickering the whole time. poorly made HID kits will flicker. it's not the installation but simply a bad kit.

any idea why flickers when on Auto mode with constant setting on lights? if I turn both low-beam and fog lights on, it works perfectly.
I didn't plug the anti-flickers on tho, because it will blow... I'm serious, it happened twice to me..
