Help with 190SL Vin number
I have put a deposit on a 1963 190SL with a VIN of A121 0401 000560. This VIN is shown on the USA Title documents as well as the Import Approval documents from the Australian Government.
My worry is that the published wisdom on the nett suggests that a 1963 190SL should have a VIN of between 10025778 and 10025881
As a result I am worried that there is something wrong with the car.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
