Smile 300 SL Gullwing

I know this is a hit or miss but I'm taking a road trip across the united states looking for a driving or complete 300 Sl Gullwing. I just got out of college and my dad said he would finally start looking for a gulling with me once I got out.

I'm not looking for a trailer queen thats 1.7
I'm looking for a car that I can make run or thats running and driving. I'm from the country and dirt roads are a normal thing. I'm really against buying a car from a dealer and would rather buy a car from a private party. It's always nice hearing the owners experience with the car that they've had for a long time.

If you have a car or just have a story to tell, I would love to stop by on my road trip and talk cars, or if you know of someone. As my dad says, the hunt is always better than the kill.

I'm leaving California in the next 3 weeks.

Thanks Matt
My Phone number is 8057696188

Go with a 190SL. For 50k you'll get a bare shell with more rust holes than dollars you spent for it.
