What do you guys think, dual pipe spread? or cuad pipe?
Pic with dual, OK, I'm not a photoshop expert so don't criticize the lack of skills

Still the idea of dummies is not bad, because if I do put funcional cuad pipes, it is not going to make any difference on performance, except that they will be hot when the car is running

AMG only makes a single oval tip 'slip on' chrome sleeve for the SLK, SL (R129) and CLK (W208) OEM mufflers. There are no other type of AMG tips available for the dual oval type mufflers found on the E55, C43, C32. You would have to get an AMG muffler and cut them off. Sorry for the bad news.

pocholin,
Actually no Mercedes Tuner makes just 'tips'. Most tuners, like AMG, Brabus, Carlsson, Lorinser, RennTech, etc. make the rear muffler for with the tips welded on. Not sure if the Lorinser Dual sided muffler kit has 4 pipe option. There are no W210 'tips' because the OEM mufflers for E320/E420/E430 have downward pointing pipes.
There are a few aftermarket exhaust companies that sell 'universal tips' which would require cutting and welding on the new tips.

Remus makes tips.

They are probably the same tips used on those Hondas/Acuras so might as well buy them from more economical source.
Alphonse:
Nice idea on the quad tips, I thought about doing that awhile ago but haven't really done it due to need to cut the rear towing loops (behind rear bumper cover, right side) which is located pretty much in the area where the right side tips will be. You also need to cut the rear bumper cover so as to allow the tips on the right side.

E55MKB, Your name implies you are a fan of MKB! Correct? MKB is a Mercedes only tuner - I doubt you would find their products, even their tips on Hondas. Honda fans have so many tuning products at their disposal.

Tips
There are expensive tips because it has AMG or MKB or Carlsson logo. I am simply saying that if you do not care about the logo but like a good looking tips, there are other options (a lot of them more economical) than paying for the logo.
Yes I have some MKB parts on my car but it does not make me a fan of MKB. Lets just say at the time, MKB was the best option. Currently in the US you have Kleeman and other MB go fast part offerend more economical than MKB thru Oberklasse. Evosport AFAIK can get MKB parts. RBTech can get you shorter diff with the reprogrammed trany computer.
Vaeth and several other tuners in Germany offers the "same" MKB hypertune kit.
Generic good quality muffler tips will do its job fine as a muffler tip!
