2002 Vs. 2001 E55?
How much is it worth to get a later year car with the same mileage?
Also, how much is vent seats and Nav worth when estimating purchase price?
Currently the 2002 w/Nav & seats is about a $2000 difference.

I Bought My 01 E55 For Just Over 30k With 60k Miles On It. It Has Vent Seats,nav.,phone,voice,and Every Other Option Except For Park-tronic. The Seats Really Do Work,look Around And You'll Find The Deal You Want. Just Make Sure Carfax And Have Somebody Who Knows Them Check It Out Before Purchase.

This from my "2002 MERCEDES-BENZ PRICES AND OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT" brouchure:
"Active Ventilated front seats (include heating feature). $1,175
It was $1,150 for 2001. It was optional on all E-Class models for 2001 and 2002.
2002 COMAND integrated navigation system $2,080.

I Bought 2001 E55
I couldn't pass up the red/black interior. 44,000 mile. The Shelby had to to go to dry storage in Michigan to make room for the E55.

Had is the operative word.
It was my 18 yr old son's car and he totaled it coming home from school for lunch. A Toyota pulled out in front of him.
I couldn't find another 500E so I replaced it with the E55.
