the140 S500 has 302 hp and i think 337tq 0-60 about 6.3
the 210 E55 has 349 hp and like 370ish tq. 0-60 4.9-5.1 and i think these numbers are right.
the E55 is much, much, much faster than the 140 S500.

You are looking at two totally different types of cars. The S500 is full size luxury sedan with an heir of prestige to it. The E55 is a mid size sport sedan...basically a car you can drive fast but also call it practical since it has four doors.

I'll have you all know that I am now a proud owner of a 2000 E55. They are beautiful cars. I know now what you were all saying. Thanks for all the help with my decision even though nearly all of you tried to make fun of me. But oh well, no hard fellings. But now I will need help whenever I have a question, and I would be greatful if you all would help when the time comes.

Ok, that's fair. How about for looks than. What are some nice vision mods? Any suggestions? I have 18" monoblock rims that are silver on it now, and I kinda like them.

there are some performance mods by www.renntechmercedes.com but they are still expensive for minimum HP increases. The weakest point of the W210 is the handling. Not tight enough in the corners, so you could upgrade the shocks and springs:
