Access to w210 cigarette lighter?

Access to w210 cigarette lighter?
I am trying to hard wire my new Bel RX65 and I want to know if anyone knows how to get to the cigarette lighter wire. I have no idea and I don't want to break anything

I used one of the wires in the overhead console. It was one of the larger wires, and it was red. I used a random bolt to ground my V1. That way you don't have to worry about running wires from the cig lighter area.

1. Remove shifter cover plate by lifting up.
2. Remove ashtray insert
3. Remove 2 screws at front of ashtray assembly
4. Pull unit forward and disconnect plug fron lighter socket

Thanks!!!! I tried it and it worked. I had a little troulbe because I tapped into a brownish/ red wire but then realized the black/yellow one provided the power. Now my Bel Rx65 is ready to go. Thanks again! I am so glad I didn't break anything. I am getting better each time.
