Front Seat problems HELP

Has anyone removed their front seats? I have been trying to repair my seat problem which appears to be the fore/aft motor or the track. The seat moves forward fine but is very strained when I try to move it back and stops after moving about 6 inches. The local dealer has both the entire seat frame with all the motors and just the fore/aft motor seperate. My car has the dynamic seats (air bladders) and I'm wondering what is the best way to remove the seat to do repairs. I have tried the seat reset to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated since Im cramped up to the dash trying to driving to work.
