wingeater: for performance mods. the cheap ones are...
if you want to do some simple mods. you can make a homemade air intake system. get rid of the twin inlet deal so you have a single 3.5" pipe running to the passenger side fender. its all open there, plenty of air to suck in. there is a post about it by a member who made a custom setup. search for it.
or, you could keep the stock twin inlet and put some K&N fitlers in there.
another thing is the exhaust mod. this entails hacking out the large resonator and installing an x-pipe in that space. the exhaust sounds awesome. right b/w loud at WOT but quiet when cruising.
for appearance mods, you could buy new wheels/ tint the tail lights. buy a rear spoiler or a rear window spoiler... a few members on this board have these parts. go to www.formymercedes.com and there you go...window tint is always a plus. i personally love the way the car sits right now.
