Tire Pressure confirmation??

Is this true that W210 E55 cold tires presure is 41lb front and 48lb rear?
that seen very high compair to most car about 32lb to 36lb

that what it say on the door but I want to confirm with you guy.

that is 'maximum' tire pressure for driving over 100mph I believe. Look inside you driver door and fuel door.

I maintain my tires at 41 since the car sits in the garage M-F. The car is pretty heavy and will flatten out my soft Yokos if I don't keep them that high. Your case may be different but if you get thumps, crank up the pressure.

Considering your location (lots of rain), I may suggest the factory recommend PSI: 32 F; 33 R for better wet traction.

It kinda suck where the factory leave it up to the owner to deceide what pressure they need depend on there driving habit. It not writing in ink what psi it support to be. I looked in the owner manual and can't fine anything about a set factory psi number.

Just like your engine oil..what the hell..

Lot of car are printed on the oil cap it self.
