Best I've found Paint chip solution!
I found this product in the Griots Garage magazine, it is a kit made to order for your paint color, mine was Black, it dabs on over the road rash or chips, and you wipe off excess with a solution they provide, then buff with a microfibre towel. In minutes the rash is invisible! I plan on redoing to fill in the really deep chips, but I should have a good as new look in no time. I'm thinking about applying a clear vinyl protectant once all of the touch up is done.

Is it like Langka (www.langka.com) ?
I did mine w/ touch-up paint from paintscratch.com and finish it up w/ Langka.... I'm quite satisfied..... the trick is how long you need to wait before applying Langka.... too fast, the paint will be picked up... too long, Langka is not strong enough to even out the surface.
