Sent my instrument cluster for pixel repair, now tach is f##ked!!
so i got the cluster back today, the pixels are working perfect again. yay, so i take a test drive, and WTF the tach needle is all jumpy and won't come down!! it goes up, but gets stuck and won't come down. #%%!%#
i'm so pissed now, sent it back to the shop. cant drive my car for another 5 days. they better f##King figure out what's wrong!!

Warranty
Damn, sorry I forgot but the original 2002 MY MB warranty booklet for CA, ME, MA and VT includes a 7yr/70000 mile warranty on the cluster and others (Intake manifold, EA/CC/ISC/Actuator, Fuel Tank, exhaust manifold, catalysts, ECM, TCM). Check it and see not sure for older years.
I was not aware of this and I had my cluster replaced but used my aftermarket warranty, they paid $1200 plus I had to pay $100 ded.

that suck!! why limited to these state only?? I want mine fix!
