well not in the US, but they do make them for w211 fitment
i've searched on a site and found those exact wheels (SL65 wheels) in SL offsets (high 40's) and these same exact ones even correct part numbers as listed in site with 31 offsets
31 offsets there's no way they are for SL or CL, S, etc.
interestingly i found the CLS 19's the same 2 different offsets, highs and lows
just like awhile ago when C55/e55 18's wheels came out in 2 versions, seems to me these wheels are the same 2 versions, high and low offset
only thing i'm not sure about is what their actual spec of the hub is
