Euro! what yr is ur car? i see you have the 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8 firing order. is very extrain if you see the engine & review the firing order sequence in the pistons. the 2 final fires are 7 & 8 (same side) one back other. i can't understand why. my car is a 99 & the firing order is 1-5-8-4-6-3-7-2 is a little more ordered if you see the engine sequence, i understand they don't affect the engine performance, but i think the camshafts need to be different in the models with this firing order. is your car pre-updated or post-up..
my car has green fuel injectors i see your car has cream ones. i think your car is post updated right?
thanks in advance

Great DIY post, Eurosport. BTW, the dealer charges $25 a plug x 16 = $400 for our cars. Labor isn't as bad at $235 as quoted, but the whole deal is still $635+. I wonder if you could buy the plugs for $160 and then have the dealer install?
Also, I think the 100K miles intervals is a little too long myself. I had mine changed at 57K miles, and it feels a lot crisper.

The Easiest $500.00 I made this Year
Just finished replacing my plugs (Bosch Plats) and plug wires (Magnacors).
The job was much easier that I had anticipated. Plugs came out easy, and really plenty of room around the motor to do the work.
Even with me taking my time, marking all of the old plugs as I pulled them out (to review them when I am done), only took 2 hours.
Thanks for the DIY with pictures takes any guess work out of the job

Yes, those are the correct plug wires. Be certain to match the plug wire you remove with the same length new plug wire. I believe there are 3 or 4 different length plug wires in the set. It is easier to keep track of which size wire fits which plug/cylinder, then to go back and trial fit after the fact.
