just mounted 18" snow tires & wheels

held off as long as possible.. lol

well just got 18" gunmetal CLS style wheels with Pirelli 240s. immediately i can tell these are buttery smooth, it's like riding on clouds. i actually like this feeling! Summer Dunlop tires dont like 20 or below temps i guess. haha.

these CLS rims aren't quite timeless monoblocks, but they do look very nice and since they are gunmetal finished, won't show brake dust as much! lol

Nice. Got any pics where we can see the whole car with wheels? I have heard a lot of guys on here say the slimmer spoke wheels don't look to good on our cars, but your close up looks pretty good.

sup fellas, thx for all the complements.

sorry for the delay, it's been crazy lately. Anyhow, here are some (crappy) pics I took w/ my cellphone. Hopefully at least you'll get an idea on how they look. I usually don't like 5 spokers on W210, but these work very nicely.

They are gunmetal finished, and I've heard of ppl say that the car looks a lot "meaner" with these on, whereas the car looks "classy" with Monoblocks. If I get a darker tint, she'd really look aggressive imo.

Looks good Jimmy. I wanted the 5 spoke Vellano's in black for my car, but I thought the 5 spoke design might be too thin for the car. Seeing your CLS 5 spokes makes we want to re-take a look at the Vellanos instead of the 19" Monoblock replicas.

thanks fellas!!

wanted to add that on these wheels, the spokes extend all the way out to the outer rim, unlike the more common "fake 2 piece" look wheels.. result: these look much bigger than typical 18 inch wheels.

also, i got these b/c they were pretty rare on W210, in fact i've never seen 'em on W210 before.

btw, my name isn't jimmy! lol
