Most likely.... I once didn't drive my W210 for 3 weeks... and the battery was dead, and it was stored in my garage during CA summer.
If you need a jump start, just call roadside assistance.... 1-800-FOR-MERC. They'll do it for free. If your battery is not good, they can replace it for you for free also (you just have to pay for the battery... I think around $150).

'04 Silverado Z71 - sold all my Benzes and need another!
No way! I travel a lot for work and don't start my car for a couple of weeks at a time and no issues, not the slightest hesitation. As long as you don't have a cheap Pep Boys battery you should be fine. Go with DieHard if you're having probs. as I had in my last W210 and you won't regret it!

It means your car doesn't have any electrical leak at all, which W210 is prone to have... just after I sold my W210, the new owner, who happens to be a mechanic, told me that my driver's pump was slightly leaking or shorting (forgot which one), thus, may drain the battery. He happened to notice when he had a chance to sit inside a car in the middle of the night - absolute silent.
I also heard that W210 is prone to have issues w/ seat switch.
So yeah, in ideal condition, battery shouldn't be dead unless you forgot to turn off one of the lights (just like my old maxima.... it wouldn't die even after 2 months sitting in the garage).

WHen i bought my car 7 month ago it had an orignal battery in it. each time i started it up the light would dim and hasitated a little. I bought a new MBZ battery 5 ago and never had any problem with the car holding it charge for a long period of time. I parked my car at the airport during christmas vacation for 12 whole days, It started right up with no hasitation. The temperture was 30-40 all week. One time i left my map light on for 5 whole days, started right up.

My E55 sits some times for 4 weeks and still starts and has OEM batter. Now that I post this watch is not start now that I am praising it.

same issue I'm having now, I'm guessing the seats too as most people report that. COMPLETELY drains the battery dry if parked for 4 continuous days. But fine if you charge it and drive it everyday.
Obviously this is not normal

I had that problem with my E320 until I replaced the battery. Haven't had problem since. Also, if this continues, MB sells a trickle charger just for people like you.

If you wish to keep your battery fresh over long periods of time (months) get a 1-2 amp AUTOMATIC battery charger. I installed a Schumacher 1.5 amp solid state charger in both my Es, they sit for months at a time and both have Lo-Jack. BTW I also use a timer (on 3 hours a day) and a surge protector on the 110V side just to be safe.
