If I am going in a high speed like 200+ Km/h and the Traction control is off, are there chances for my E55 AMG to over turn while cornering ?

It's pretty hard to turn off traction control 100%.

Define cornering. At 120mph (200ishkph) the car is increadly stable on freeway curves. High speed tracks with angled turning banks I think it would be pretty good there too.
