Over here a Mercedes is among the best you can drive here "in other peoples eyes" and I agree, the girls don't know if it's a E55 or a E300, they just know it's a Mercedes and don't relly care what model, specially the silver ones like mine is a 10 pointer

Not to be misunderstood....I agree that most women in California could almost care less what kind of car men drive....only some of the worst (shallow) women actually care...and its because of other reasons that they care ($$$)...so I agree with you there...

As for the thousands of '96-02 "E Class" Mercedes out there in the SF Bay Area and L. A. area....yeah...you are right again. Most people confuse our E55 cars with "regular" MB E Class sedans. Only the most astute know what the subtle differences are.

But even the least knowledgable car fans recognize that very fat tires + lower stance + brut power = something special

when they see it.

I got the jump on a 540i today....left him so far back there he never caught up! I just hope the CHP doesn't catch up with me soon!
