Could you elaborate? What do you mean by fiber optic on exterior of car? Fiber optic lighting,LED?

location of fiber optics/led
Done tastfully/low-key, can put fiber optics under the car along side skirt out od view or in back of grill. I am not sold on this but saw it on a couple of Ferrari/ porsches at a car show and thought it was pretty cool.
