Headlight Question
The glass on my headlights is a bit pitted.
Is it possible to just change the glass?

Lenses are replaceable and they are plastic not glass. I seen them sold on ebay..

You can dissasemble the plastics & clean then up internaly with a liquid polish & before polish the external all surface with some patient you can have a pretty clean look..

For Minor flaws you can polish them with Plastx from Meguiars

For Heavy nicks and scratches I Have used a Kit from Air craft Spruce in So Cal
the kit includes sand paper and polish..It worked great on the Aircraft Windshield

Or

You can replace the lens...its easy to replace just make sure that you reseal it to avoid leaks

In your reply screen click on the paper clip icon (attachments) that another screen will pop up. The rest should be easy.

Folks, thanks for the tips.
While I'd prefer to buy new lenses, it seems as though the lenses available are for pre-2000 lighting systems?
Mine are the HID's for an 01.
