19x20 is not going to fit on a W210

but if you thinking 19x10 with a 35mm offset than you don't need spacer but still your wheel will rub the fender with a 10" wide on 275. A 20mm spacer will move the wheel out of the fender more. but if you meant 20x9.5 35mm than it will fit without the spacer.
