F/S Kleemann Tubular header, Down pipe & ECU

I just order the Kleemann header & down pipe for W210 E55 straight from Kleemann DK. This is the only set in the whole world per Cory. W210 header are on back order.

I just found out that I have a job transfer and I don't have time to get it installed, beside I can't find anyone local in the last fews day to install them without ripping me off big time.

You get the Kleemann tubular header, down pipe, complete hardware and ECU flash to eliminate the CEL. Next day return shipping for ECU is prepaided. You just have to ship your ECU to Kleemann in CO spring.

Part number is 002 210 00 01
For W210 E55 E430

If you find any little possible way okeep these for a later installation I think you might be glad you did that. I know what power they added to my N/A engine and I can only imagine they will do the twice on you forced injected engine!! If not, good luck with the sale

Nice to see Kleemann is including the exhaust gaskets and the factory MB nuts for the exhaust studs. My headers only came with the header to downpipe bolts. I had to source the gaskets and nuts from the local dealer.

Peter why sell the headers? Why not just wait and install them at a later date?

I got a job transfer to SC and I don't know when I will back to get it install. My car will be stored here than later I have to make arrangment to ship it back to KS. They will provide me with rental car while I'm in SC.

If I gotten the header a week early than I might be able to find someone to install it. So far the local want $1000+ to install them most place won't even touch it when they hear they have to remove the cats or cutting and wedding. One very well know German place in Redmond can't quote me a price until they done with the job, that BS. I'm not paying them to sit on their *** and collect my money.

Oh well, if I sell it than fine if not I just keep it for later. I just thought someone out there might need a set cause it take a long time for me to get them.

Around these parts, that’s known as an invoice. I’ve paid for T&M work before, but never on a car.

that's because they think everyone works at Microsoft, has unlimited budget, and are as car savy as a blonde.

Thats the problem with long tube headers in the US, most shops won't even touch them b/c of their illegal nature and they are more difficult to install.

This one muffler shop said he will install it and remove the cat for $800 but I have to come back after hour and leave my car with him for a few day. But after looking at some of his welding job on other other customer car I have second thought about letting him touch it.

Dam I want it soooo bad. But the money I have for my car at the moment is for my x-pipe, high flows install....and for my suspension, H&R etc.... I want to take care of handling before speed. Very good deal though Peter. Grrrr

Whoever gets these beauties make sure the weld shop does this with stainless steel rod and not mild steel which will rust. It would be a shame to have rusty welds on your stainless polished pipe. There is a guy here in Pittsburgh that does a beautiful job with stainless exhausts and his head is not in the stratosphere. GL
