whats a fair/realistic price to ask for a 99 with 108k in good condition, all records, maintenance up to date. I know the blue books are all smoking dope.
I dont owe any money on mine but don't want to give it away. The cheapest asking price in the area is $12,900 for a 99 in phx.
I was going to go with 10..... what do you think?

2000 E55 AMG
Three years ago, a low mileage (40K) '00 W210 E55 sold for roughly $35K. I found one for $25K. I got lucky. Today, with 63K on the clock, it is worth $15K ($11K trade in + $4K low mileage).

This coming from the guy with the 94 Bimmer..... ![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
I love my 99 with 81,000 miles for 3 simple reasons:
1. First year released in USA.
2. Rare, only 1,104 made.
3. Um.....did I mention I got it with 78,000 miles for 12k!![Stick Out Tongue](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/tongue.gif)

02 CLK 55 AMG,09 C63 loaded with P30
The 02 E55 i saw before I got my 02 Clk55 about a year ago. The e55 had different side skirts and front bumper compare to the 99 e55. Somewhat subtle though. The interior is also a little different.

I bought mine recently, similar mileage, same price. It was a 2001, with the updated fascia and touch shift tranny, which is worth a little more. However, it had a slightly damaged bumper, which probably evens it out.
At $10k, I think you'll be able to sell it reasonably quickly. You can probably get a little more, but you might also wait for a while. $10k seems fair, though.

Paid 15K cash a year ago for an '01 with 75K. Ortho and AC seats, black on 2 tone. $2k in maintenance right off the bat ( I knew that going in). Love it. 5K last year, so miles are averaging out some.

You did, that's a good price and a good car. Note that the discussion above is regarding the model W210 1999-2002 E55, naturally aspirated. You have a W211 model, 2003+, which is supercharged. Whole different beast, and worth a good bit more.
