99 model w210 e55 amg
yup i has to be plug and play but im having a trouble determining whether it is connected under the pedal or on the engine bay throttle connection.

Get a second person to push down the accelerator...you go under the hood to see what moves...then unplug cable and install SB in it's place.......................................PLUG AND PLAY!!!!

I just got it installed on my 2000 E55
The car feels much better now, especially the tranny doesn't like to go to lazy mode anymore. Have to be a little careful off the line (in the case of my car) since I have the shorter 3.06 rear final ratio (than the stock 2.82) which can give a jerkier off the line if not careful with gas application.
Arguably one of the best bang for the buck mod especially in high horsepower car with adaptive tranny. The Sprint booster will basically fool the adaptive tranny into thinking that the car is being driven more aggressively hence not going into "lazy tranny" mode.
Going back to Pinoyk20, does the 99 W210 E55 have drive by wire set-up??
