New best times for my E55
Odometer reads now 64,400, so the engine is well broken into!
I had a good night after all, the first runs I was letting the engine cool down quite a bit, but couldn't get traction at all, I actually ran a 14.479 @ 104.10 because I spun all the first gear (60' on that one was 2.425!!!), then I ran a 13.748 @ 104.57 (I only spun half of first gear), I finally let the car reach its usual temp 80 C deg, and shifted lanes, I started hooking up better, but I couldn't bring my car to 900 rpm because I'd spin, so I had to do it from idle to punch off the line and in a couple of times I didn't spin, thats when i ran the 2 best times ever. 13.173 @ 105.37 and then 13.128 @ 105.74! Here is the time slip. It made me happy for the night!
All I've done to the car is the K&N air filters and insulate the bottom of the airbox along with the air inlet pipes.
I need some drag radials now because once I put the pulleys I really won't be able to hook up!

Great times! When I come that way I'll bring my Hoosiers if you want to try them. If they improve your 60 ft time as much as my401's you would get into 12's.

Wow, were you waiting for the other guy's green light?!?!?!?
hahaha
Besides the reaction time, your times are amazing! much better than with the hoosiers, congratulations on your best time, what was the temperature, and I suppose it was pretty dry air.

Cannon had to remind me " the green light is the last light" However the tower had me confused, I had to sit and watch Cannon leave before ME!!!
