You mean pre-painted ones? I guess I mean I don't plan on just tinting them. I plan on making them nearly black to match my car somewhat. I know Evosport carries them but they're waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too pricey just for side markers.

Pre-smoked lenses from eBay will be a lot easier, but probably not as dark. If you want them body color (not just smoked, but actually black) then touch up spray paint will work.

I guess I still want the light to shine through. Maybe when I think just touch up spray paint I'm not thinking the right thing. You have a link to a particular product or are you really saying go to a hardware store and get black spray paint, spray it and be done with it?

You can get actual color matched touch up paint in a pen, brush, or spray can from people like this:
http://www.paintscratch.com/
http://www.automotivetouchup.com/
For something the size of a side marker, you would need to spray it (not brush it). This would make it completely match your paint (they should have the correct Mercedes paint code), but like you said, it would be opaque. Since your car is black, you could also use hardware store paint, and it would be close, but obviously not as good of a match as using the real touch up spray.
Here are some pre-smoked ones on eBay for about $30:

I've bought the clear version of these, and they're pretty easy. I've also seen people use the tint product you're looking at (for tail lights) and it does work pretty easily. So, you've got options.

I have seen those dark smoked ones and I probably would have bought them but then I saw a picture of someone who said they bought those exact ones and they were nowhere near as dark. More light smoke color. So I was hesitant to go with them. I might take the advice and do the real touch up spray though and just not care if much light comes through at all. Thanks for the links.

I just ordered the magnaflow x-pipe from this place. I got the 2.5" size. That's the correct thing to order, right?

Can't I just get the exhaust guy to do this/figure that part out? I don't plan on welding it myself.

I just brought my car along with those pieces and had them figure it out. In the end, the piping wasn't enough so the exhaust shop had to fabricate more length in. It's all good now.
The x-pipe mod really is a must-do (brings out more sound esp in WOT, maybe a bit droney at low rev cruising but so is a 2009 C63) but idle is really not loud enough (its stock quiet actually). I regret not doing the high flow cats at the same time (save on labor). Now I have to pony up more bucks to get them done. Something to consider...
