Anyone here know who makes a replacement lower bushing for the front shocks?

You may be in the wrong forum (W210 here), but I'd try autohausaz.com. I've had pretty good luck with them.
Let us know how the conversion is coming along.

The W210's share a similar shock setup as the w202. That's why I am asking all around.
