Just make sure to use the right press so as to not marr the inside of the hub when you press the bearings out.. it is pretty tight in there.. I was told the use the grease from Mercedes .. it is Green in color and not too expensive... call first to make sure they have it .. they dont have it stocked regularly for sale. While youre dealing with the wheel bearings check all of your front suspension, ball joints, Tie rod ends, bushings....
Best of luck keep us posted.

Right there! all Ok

You can use the blue lithium Mobil or Mobil RED performance (superior than blue lithium), is very efficient too (i think superior than factory MB green) anyway the green Mercedes is exelent too & you can sayd you use only MB OEM parts

I think the op is talking about REAR wheel bearing.. the sealed straight rollor type. They do not get packed with grease. They get pressed in and out.

All you need is alittle oil or silicone to help them when pressing

There was no grease involved. It was actually pretty easy. All you have to do is disco all the linkages and the caliper. The hardest part is disco the e brake. Pop the whole thing off press the hub and bearing out the press it in then install in reverse order. BTW I changed ball joints and tie rod ends the week before and it eas Cake. This was a rear bearing.

you must of known how that ebrake bulls*** system goes in and out as it was a PITA when i had to remove mine.

the worst ebrake system design i've ever seen.

good to hear the job went well.

hahahaahaha right yeah if its the rear bearings no need grease, & yes too is a very complicated E brake system, but really works a lot better than other models
